As the proportion of female employees continues to grow, a lecture was organized primarily for our company executives. The event was held at DIVERS and attended by approximately 80 employees on-site, with about 500 participants joining online. The session aimed to deepen understanding of women’s health across different life stages and promote appropriate responses, fostering a workplace where everyone can work comfortably.
