In September 2019, NGK was selected for the 4th consecutive year for the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices, a major index for socially responsible investment.

Since 2017, we have been selected as a constituent of the “MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders”, which is adopted by the GPIF for ESG investment.

We have been selected as a constituent of the “MSCI Japan Empowering Women Index (WIN)” , which is adopted by the GPIF for ESG investment.

We have been included in the 2020 “White 500” list under the Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program, run by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi.

In 2019, NGK was certified as the highest rank “Authorization Stage 3” of “L-boshi” by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare(MHLW).

In 2012, we were certified as a “child-rearing support company” based on the Law for Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation and acquired the next-generation certification mark “Kurumin” by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
