芯片型陶瓷二次电池"EnerCera"系列

EnerCera

"EnerCera"是在电极上使用本公司特有的结晶取向陶瓷板的锂离子二次电池。普通锂离子二次电池电极中含有对电容无益的有机粘合剂与导电助剂等,但是仅由活性物质陶瓷构成的结晶取向陶瓷板不含有这些物质。从而实现了小薄型,高电容,低电阻,以及在高温流程中的安装。该产品电容达到市面上同尺寸二次电池的2倍,电阻为1/2以下,作为可提供IC、传感器驱动和无线通信所需要的数十~数百毫安的大电流的电路板插入式的超小超薄型电池,拥有极高的性能。此外,因为可以进行定额电压充电,所以不需要控制电流的充电IC。

产品

EnerCera有两种类型。一种是硬币型,1~2毫米厚的回路基板安装用的"EnerCera Coin"。另一种是0.4~0.45毫米厚的超薄型,具有弯曲强度的卡片安装用的"EnerCera Pouch"。 EnerCera Coin,作为在基板上安装电子元件的方法,通过一般的回流焊接,就可以安装在回路基板上,并且实现大电流放电的世界首个电子设备驱动用锂离子二次电池。EnerCera Pouch,是IC卡制造中广泛使用的100摄氏度以上的高温进行卡片成型的热层压加工中,实现安装的世界首个薄型锂离子二次电池。EnerCera Pouch应对各式各样的电子设备设计,产品系列有高速充电型、超高容量型、大电流型。
