RTV silicone rubber coated Insulators (for suspension, long rod and railway Insulators)

Product tags:

Overview

In coastal areas, industrial areas, and other such environments, insulators are often exposed to airborne salt and dust, which can adhere to their surface, potentially leading to electrical partial discharges and/or noises when the surface becomes wet.
These insulators are products consisting of porcelain insulators coated with RTV(Room Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone rubber, exhibiting excellent long-term reliability. The superior hydrophobicity surface on silicone rubber suppresses leakage currents on the insulator surface, reducing the risk of electrical partial discharge and noises. Additionally, improvement of anti-pollution performance makes it possible to design more compact insulator strings.
