Walking Beam Kiln
A divided transport structure allows the drying and firing times to be set individually, making it easy to measure the temperature profile. The bottom of the firing section uses a cover that opens and closes automatically, allowing fallen products and other objects to be easily removed. This kiln delivers great results for stabilizing production operations.
Capable of simultaneous measurement of four rows in order to measure the temperature profile.
The temperature profile can be acquired by installing thermocouple measurement jigs in four rows at the same time and executing the predetermined operation using just commands from the touch control panel. This acquisition work can be performed by a single operator. Individual profiles can be acquired separately from the preheating side and firing side.
